Rules and Regulations for the Samsung Electronic UK Game - Fun Club
ARTICLE 1: ORGANIZATION
Company AD pepper media UK, having its registered office at 27-29 Macklin Street, London WC2B 5LX, organizes, on behalf of the company Samsung Electronic UK, a free to play game without obligation of purchase nor order, between March 30th, 2005 and June 30th, 2005.
ARTICLE 2: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Article 2.1: Participation in the Samsung Electronic UK - Fun Club game is without obligation to purchase and is open to any person residing in the United Kingdom and having access to the Internet, excluding employees of the organizing companies and their commercial partners and suppliers . Employees of such companies who become members during the game will under no circumstances be able claim a prize should it be a winning card.
To take part in the scratch card game participation should take place between the dates as stated from March 30th, 2005 to May 30th, 2005 on the sites concerned. Entry is gained by filling in all of the obligatory fields on the form such as is reproduced on the Web-page maintained for this purpose, then by submitting that information. Only entried via the Internet will be considered valid. Any incomplete or false submission will be regarded as null and void
As per the instructions, the participant is presented with a scratch card: it is then obligatory to scratch all the six (6) boxes on the ticket to gain entry. If, among the six (6) boxes revealed, a box appears displaying an image of a prize, then the participant will be regarded as having won the proze appearing in that box.
One (1) only entry per person will be accepted (defined by unique surname name, first name, & e-mail adress) during the whole promotion and across all the sites and media partners carrying the promotion. Any individual submitting multiple entries will be disqualified.
The Samsung Electronic Game UK - Fun Club is open exclusively to UK residents
The Samsung Electronic Game UK - Fun Club is open only to people aged more than 18 years.
ARTICLE 3: ATTRIBUTION OF PRIZES
Article 3.1: winners will be informed via e-mail. Information will then be provided on how to obtain the prize. - the prize will be awarded by May 31st, 2005 at the latest. Prizes must be claimed by June 15th, 2005. After this date, they will remain the property of the organizing company. The prize will be despatched by the company - Samsung Electronic UK, only in the UK.
Article 3.2: The first prize offered is as follows: - 1 mobile telephone Samsung E720 of an equivalent commercial value of GBP 120 including all taxes Except Subscription
ARTICLE 4: CANCELLATION & EXTENSION OF THE GAME
Article 4.1: The organizers of the game, reserve the right to curtail, modify, or cancel the promotion if circumstances require it without incurring any liability whatsoever to entrants.
Article 4.2: The game may be suspended, extended, altered or cancelled, partially or completely in cases of force majeure, including for technical problems that are beyond its area of responsibility and control
ARTICLE 5: ADVERTISING COMMUNICATION
Article 5.1: This game is exclusively accessible via Internet network on partners sites and databases.
Article 5.2: Participation of user authorizes the organizers to use Samsung’s name, addresses, image (animated or not), voice, and promotional text in advertisements shown by the companies partners, in press, radio, TV, and in any promotional material.
ARTICLE 6: INFORMATION ON THE GAME
Article 6.1: data entries submitted for inclusion in this game will be handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act of 1998.
Article 6.2: participation in this game implies acceptance of these terms under the laws of England and Wales. No dispute will be considered until a minimum of two months after the closing date.
Article 6.3: Reproduction, representation or exploitation of the whole or part of the elements comprising the game by parties other than the organizers or their appointed agents, partners and suppliers is strictly prohibited. All trademarks and names of quoted products and companies are registered marks or names of products and remain the property of their respective owner.
Article 6.4: The game is governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
