REGISTER AND WIN A TOSHIBA QOSMIO G30 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The following terms and conditions form the legal basis for participating in the REGISTER AND WIN A TOSHIBA QOSMIO G30 prize draw conducted by TOSHIBA Europe GmbH, with its registered office in Hammfelddamm 8, 41460 Neuss, Germany (hereinafter “TOSHIBA”).
2. These terms and conditions must be accepted before registering for the prize draw by ticking the “I have read and accept the terms and conditions of this prize draw” box before registering.
3. Description of the Prize Draw: All registrants will be able to participate in the prize draw to win one TOSHIBA QOSMIO G30 notebook.
4. Employees of TOSHIBA and their families, trading partners or agencies are not eligible to participate in this prize draw.
5. Participants will also be asked for their permission to receive additional marketing information. This is independent from the registration for participation in the REGISTER TO WIN A QOSMIO G30 prize draw.
6. Participation is free of charge and is not subject to the purchase of a TOSHIBA product or service or the registrant’s agreement to receive additional marketing information.
7. Only participants 18 years and older are eligible to participate.
8. Participants can revoke their registration and/or consent to receive marketing information at any time by sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address: european.e-campaigns@toshiba-teg.com
9. Registration for the prize draw to win a TOSHIBA notebook should be filled in with the participant’s first name, surname and e-mail address. Giving personal data is voluntary. Data will be treated as confidential and shall be saved and used by TOSHIBA for the sole purpose of selecting the winner of the prize draw and will not be communicated to third parties. Exemptions are the winners’ data, which will be passed on for prize distribution to a third party. However, this party is also bound by corresponding confidentiality obligations and is by no means allowed to distribute any personal details. The participant may revoke his/her consent for use of his/her personal data and request that the data be deleted from TOSHIBA databases at any time by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address mentioned in point 8 above.
10. TOSHIBA reserves the right to end the prize draw at any time without prior notice.
11. TOSHIBA reserves the right to determine the exact notebook for use as the prize. The prize awarded in this prize draw is not redeemable for cash. The prize awarded in this prize draw is non-refundable, nor exchangeable.
12. All decisions made by TOSHIBA are final.
13. The names of actual companies and products mentioned may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
14. The winner will be notified by TOSHIBA by e-mail. He/she also gives their consent to have his/her name published on Toshiba Computer System websites.
15. The lottery ends on October 15, 2006. All registrations for the prize draw must be received by 10:00 pm, October 15, 2006.
16. Legal recourse is excluded.
