All Flirtograms sent from the Administrator are recognisable by the Flirtomatic logo on the left hand side. These Flirtograms can be replied to and all queries will be dealt with in 48 hours.
All photos submitted to Flirtomatic will be checked to make sure yhou haven't sent us any porno stuff, and loaded onto your profile within 24 hours. Photos with naughty stuff and bad quality photos will be rejected - we'll let you know.
From time to time we will send you SMSs and emails to communicate stuff to you. There is no charge to you.
We will do our best to ensure that you can always use the service perfectly (both on web and mobile). However, due to the nature of the Internet and mobile connectivity, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the service may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow us to fix stuff or add new things to the service. We will attempt to do this not very often, and in the middle of the night when we hope you are getting some sleep.
Just to be clear, this contract is between you and Flirtomatic and no one else. By signing up to Flirtomatic, you agree to not to run around and tell people how they can use the service in your name. This means you need to keep your account name and password secret. Whatever happens when your account name and password are being used is down to you. If someone else uses your phone, you are responsible, not us.
Flirtomatic is for those over 18 only. If you are not over 18, you may not use the service. Not even if you are 16 going on 17. Be patient.
You promise to behave. Flirting should be a laugh. Please don't mess it up with bad stuff. You know what we mean, but let's spell it out as there is a fine line between good naughtiness and bad naughtiness.
By registering with Flirtomatic, you agree:
You will not send, publish, promote or otherwise transmit any illegal, abusive, threatening, harmful, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racial, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature;
You will not send, transmit or post any material that is defamatory, libellous or slanderous or that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to liability or otherwise violate any applicable laws or regulations. In other words, don't use Flirtomatic to break the law;
You will not use this service for any other than its intended purpose (like fun flirting) such as selling second hand cars, advertising dodgy massage services, directing people to your weird web site or similar; and,
You will not disrupt the Flirtomatic network. You must not use any device, software or routine that attempts to interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
If we suspect you are doing any of the above, we reserve the right to look through the content of your messages and to immediately cut you off.
Because we don't want to be heavy handed, we don't watch everyone all the time, like some services. So we cannot control everything that appears, or everything that is said. We can take people off the system for breaking our rules (you'll need to tell us if you come across this), but Flirtomatic has no direct control over the quality of the content, compatibility or safety of the members, nor can we guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or completeness of any posting on this service. In plain speak, not everyone is truthful or good. Use your common sense and judgement, just as you do when you meet people at work, on a train, in the pub. Recognise the possibility that other members' information may be inaccurate or deceptive.
We will look into a member's conduct if any members block him or her more than three times. If we find that they have been sending unacceptable content, we will terminate that person's agreement, and the ex-member will get no money back for unused time.
Liability limitation
By registering with Flirtomatic, you agree that neither Handmade Mobile Entertainment Ltd nor its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from partaking in the Flirtomatic service. This includes any damages, without limitation, arising out of communicating with other participants registered with Flirtomatic. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.
Any use or misuse of this service by you is completely outside Flirtomatic's control and we are not liable for any loss, damage, expense or breach of Intellectual Property Rights which may arise.

Indemnity
Despite all our efforts to make sure you have fun, you indemnify and hold Flirtomatic harmless against all loss, damages, costs, expenses, claims and proceedings arising out of the supply of this service and any allegation and/or claim against Flirtomatic for the use of this service, or anyone else who has access to, possession of, use or misuse, exploitation or enjoyment of your user details.
Data protection and usage
We know your personal information is yours, not ours. No-one else will see it unless we ask you first and we promise not to use any of your personal stuff for any service other than what you want us to provide.
Sometimes something may go wrong and we might lose data. Given the nature of technology, we are not held accountable for this. You can bet we'll be doing our best to ensure that nothing like this happens. Flirtomatic reserves the right to delete old stuff. At the moment we delete flirtograms that are more than 2 months old. If you want to keep hold of names or information, we recommend you write it down and store it somewhere safe.
To keep up to speed we may need to make changes to what we do which means we can change our service, website, policies and terms and conditions at any time. You can be sure we will try not to.
We may, but aren't obliged, to monitor the materials posted in the public areas of this service. If we want to, we can remove anything that we think is bad stuff.
Remember - it's your content, you are responsible for it.

The end
We hope it never comes to this BUT you may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, effective upon receipt by us of your written or email notice of termination. You may contact us at our address listed below or you may email here.
If you've been very bad, we may immediately terminate your membership and your access to the Service because you have breached this Agreement and will send you notice of termination at the email address, if you provide this in your application for membership. If we terminate your membership in the Service because you have breached the Agreement, we will not refund any pre-payments made by you. We can terminate this contract at any time by giving you reasonable advance written notice.
