2. To enter this prize draw, an Eligible Participant must complete and submit the requested details on corresponding website .All entries must be received by 31 March 2010. No participant shall be entitled to make a claim against Epson or the game organiser due to any connection failure of the game website.

4. By entering this prize draw, you agree to the personal data you supply being used by Epson and/or its contractors for the purpose of executing the prize draw.
5. Furthermore you agree that your data shall be used by Epson and/or its contractors to send to you at the provided email address marketing emails and news of special offers and exclusive fares.
6. Epson shall abide by the applicable laws on personal data protection and on your request to Epson shall remove your personal data from marketing databasses. Accordingly, if you exercise your right to removal of data relating to you prior to the end of the prize draw, you shall be deemd to withdraw from entry.
7. The prize draw will take place at EPSON Europe B.V , European Marketing Department, registered offices at Campus 100, Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 7TJ, U.K. at 1200 on 12th April 2010. One winner per country will be chosen at random.
8. The prize draw winner will be notified within 28 days of the draw by email and must confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days by the method specified in the notice. If the prize remains unclaimed after 7 days or is declined, a supplementary winner may be drawn at Epson’s discretion and will be notified by email.
9. The prize is one Epson Stylus Photo PX810FW per market. Value of prize is £299.99 (inc VAT).
10. In the event of a prize not being available, Epson reserves the right to substitute an alternative of equal or higher value.
11. The Prize winner must contact Epson directly using the details provided in the notification to winner to confirm their postal address before prizes can be dispatched. Upon receipt of this information Epson will contact the winner in order to make arrangements for delivery of the prize. Prizes that have not been claimed within one month as from the closing date of the Prize draw, shall remain the property of Epson.
12. All winners hereby consent to the publication and use of their names [and/or photographs] by Epson for the purposes of announcing the winner and for related promotional purposes. 19. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law
20. English law applies. Any disputes arising from this prize draw shall exclusively be brought before the competent court in London.
